Yes, your existing ticket will remain valid for the event you are due to attend, you will use this to gain entry to the event.

For all tickets booked after Thursday 19 May 2022, enquiries are to be directed to Winter Gardens Blackpool.

There are 3 ways to book tickets, online, in person at our box office or over the phone.

Online ticket booking links can be found on the Winter Gardens website.

The Winter Gardens Box Office is located on Church Street and is open daily.  Opening times can be found on the Winter Gardens website.

Telephone bookings can be made by calling 0844 770 0593.  Calls to 0844 numbers cost 7p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge.

No, when booked online tickets are available as eTickets or print at home. When you book in person at the Box Office you also have the option to receive printed tickets.

You do not need to do anything with your existing tickets, these will remain valid for the event that you are due to attend.

When purchasing new tickets from the Winter Gardens Blackpool website, you will be required to create an online account, if you have previously purchased tickets, an account will already exist, to access your account, follow the steps below… 

Go to the ‘My Account’ section of our website, enter your email address and select ‘Forgotten Password’

If you have not booked a ticket previously: Go to the ‘my account’ section of the website, select ‘Register Now’ and create an account
