Venue Information
Customers may take (cold) food and drink into the venue maintained in a suitable container. Hot food and alcohol purchased off the property is not permitted within any of our venues.
You can purchase hot food and snacks throughout the day as well as tea and coffee from our Empress Coffee Bar and Bistro, you can find out more and read the menu HERE
Pre-show drinks can also be purchased from the Floral Lounge located in the iconic Floral Hall. You can find out more about the Floral Lounge HERE.
The Winter Gardens does not have on-site public parking, but there are many situated nearby the venue, such as the Houndshill car park. Open air, ground level parking is also available on the corner of Adelaide Street and Alfred Street approx 200m from the Church Street entrance. Ticket information
There are 3 ways to book tickets, online, in person at our box office or over the phone.
Online ticket booking links can be found on the What’s On page of the Winter Gardens website.
The Winter Gardens Box Office is located on Church Street and is open daily. Opening times can be found on our Opening Hours page HERE.
Telephone bookings can be made by calling 0844 770 0593. Calls to 0844 numbers cost 7p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge.
When purchasing new tickets from the Winter Gardens Blackpool website, you will be required to create an online account, if you have previously purchased tickets, an account will already exist, to access your account, follow the steps below…Â
Go to the ‘My Account’ section of our website, enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password select ‘Forgotten Password’.

No, when booked online tickets are available as eTickets or print at home. When you book in person at the Box Office you also have the option to receive printed tickets.

Where a concession rate is advertised these are available for children aged 15 and under, and adults aged 60 and over.
The Blackpool Transport Tickets are exclusively discounted tickets for Winter Gardens Blackpool customers. Each ticket covers the cost of return travel from any stop to the venue and back again (only accepted on Blackpool Transport operated Busses and Trams). Blackpool Transport will accept an eTicket, printed ticket or Mobile Ticket on their transport network.
The Blackpool Transport Tickets are available to purchase while booking your event tickets online, over the phone or in person at the Box Office.Online you will automatically be asked if you would like to add Transport Tickets to your basket if they are available on your selected event.
The Blackpool Transport Tickets can only be used in conjunction with a Winter Gardens Blackpool event ticket and can only be used on the date you are attending the event.
Blackpool Transport Staff may ask to see both the Transpot Ticket and your event ticket.
This varies show to show, but latecomers can usually be admitted at a suitable gap within the performance.
