To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we prioritise security and have implemented a variety of measures in collaboration with our partners, such as Lancashire Police and security advisors.
Our Commitment to Security: The safety of our guests is of paramount importance to us. Our dedicated security team, customer service representatives, and all other staff members work tirelessly to maintain a secure environment. We operate security measures around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure the well-being of our visitors.
Security Measures in Place: To maintain a safe environment, we have implemented a range of security measures across the venue, including:
Monitored CCTV: Our comprehensive CCTV system monitors the entire venue, allowing our security team to quickly identify and respond to any potential concerns.
Bag Policy: To ensure the safety of all guests, we enforce a strict bag policy. Personal belongings should be kept to a minimum, with only one small bag allowed per person. Large bags, such as shopping bags, backpacks, travel cases, and large tote bags, are not permitted. Please note that there are no storage facilities at the venue, and failure to comply may result in late or non-admission.
Security Team: Our highly-trained security professionals are present throughout the venue to ensure your safety. They conduct essential security checks, such as bag inspections and ID verification. We ask that all guests cooperate fully with these checks and support our security team in their important work.
Arriving Prepared for Security Checks: To make your visit as smooth as possible, we recommend arriving early to allow ample time for security checks. Familiarise yourself with our security policies before attending an event to ensure a seamless entry.
