Gift card terms and conditions

1. Gift vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from date of purchase and are redeemable for any event unless otherwise stated.

2. You will receive an e-ticket by email, which you can give to the recipient – all they will need to do is select an event they would like to attend and enter the code in the Gift Voucher code box at checkout.

3. You will not be able to use your gift voucher once it has expired or claim a refund of any unused funds.

4. Gift vouchers may only be used to make purchases from www.wintergardensblackpool.co.uk

5. Gift vouchers can be redeemed against tickets (and pre-ordered upgrades / packages)

6. If redeeming in person, gift vouchers can only be redeemed at the Winter Gardens Box Office.

7. If you have used your gift voucher to purchase tickets, these cannot be amended or rebooked and are subject to our standard terms and conditions.

8. If you lose your gift voucher it becomes void.

9. If your chosen purchase exceeds the amount of the gift voucher you will be required to pay the balance.

10. If your purchase is lower than the balance of your gift voucher, you will receive a new gift voucher code for the remaining balance.

11. Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value, and any balance cannot be exchanged for the monetary value.

12. Please note that gift vouchers do not guarantee availability, so we recommend booking nice and early.
