Secure your tickets to upcoming shows at our on-site box office, open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. On event days, the box office reopens from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please note that the box office is closed on Sundays unless an event is taking place at the venue. Tickets may also be purchased online at any time through our website.
Please note that the venue box office will be closed from 4 August to 10 August 2026. It will reopen at 11:00 am on Tuesday, 11 August 2026.

empress coffee bar and bistro Opening Hours
Relax and unwind in our stylish bars and cafes, offering a wide selection of refreshments to suit all tastes. The Coffee Bar typically open daily 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM. On event days the Empress Coffee Bar and Bistro reopens from 5.00 PM for pre-event food and drinks.Â
Afternoon Tea is available to pre-order for selected dates.
