1. The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over.

2. Employees or agencies of Winter Gardens, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter.

3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the Winter Gardens survey and submit your name and contact details. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at [email protected] with “Winter Gardens survey” in the subject line.

5. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

6. Winter Gardens accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

7. The closing date of the Prize Draw is on Wednesday 10th December at 5pm. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

8. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place by the end of Friday 5th December.

9. The winner will receive a pair of tickets to a Winter Gardens 2026 musical of their choice, subject to availability at the time of booking.

10. The prize consists of two standard tickets only. Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included.

11. Ticket choice is subject to availability, venue terms, and performance schedules. The prize in non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

12. The winner will be notified by an email on or before 12th December 2025 and must provide their details to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and we shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

13. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Winter Gardens shall be entitled to select another winner.

14. Winter Gardens reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time.
