Wine Pre-Order

There’s nothing quite like a night out at the theatre. The excitement of the performance, the anticipation of the story, and the shared experience with friends and family make it a truly special occasion. And what could make it even better? A bottle of wine, of course! Plus we will reserve you a table in our Floral Lounge to enjoy you pre-show or interval wine in style.

We offer both pre-show and interval wine orders for your convenience.

Where do I collect my wine?

You will have a table reserved for you in the Floral Lounge where you can collect your pre-ordered wine.

Do I need to bring anything to collect my wine?

Please bring the eTicket or printed ticket with you to collect your wine. Please note there will be one ticket per bottle ordered.

Proof of age may be required.

The date I am attending the venue is not on the booking link. Can I pre-order wine?

Wine pre-orders are available on select shows only and have limited availability. If the date you are attending is not listed please contact us.

Can I pre-order for someone else?

Yes you can pre-order for someone else. The customer collecting will need the eTicket or printed ticket to collect.

Proof of age may be required.

What time can I collect my order?

For pre show wine orders you can collect your order 45 minutes prior to the show time. You will have a reserved table in the Floral Lounge where you can enjoy the pre-show atmosphere.

For interval wine orders, they will be ready during the interval.

Do I have to order by a certain time?

Yes, orders must be placed by 2pm on the day you are attending.
