VIP Plus Member Ticket Exchange

Terms and Conditions for Ticket Exchange:

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the exchange of tickets for a different performance of the same production. By requesting an exchange, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  2. Exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original performance date and time.

  3. Tickets can only be exchanged for a different performance of the same production, subject to availability.

  4. Tickets can only be exchanged for tickets of the same value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

  5. Tickets can only be exchanged once.

  6. Tickets can only be exchanged for performances within the same run of the production.

  7. Tickets purchased as part of a group booking or special promotion may not be eligible for exchange. Please check with the box office for more information.

  8. Exchanged tickets are subject to the same terms and conditions as the original tickets, including any age restrictions, admission policies, and performance schedules.

  9. The box office reserves the right to refuse any exchange requests, and to modify or cancel this policy at any time without notice.

  10. Any personal information collected during the exchange process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

  11. By requesting an exchange, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
