Terms and Conditions for Facebook/Instagram Competition – Win a Family Ticket to Hey Duggee

• The promoter of this competition is Winter Gardens Blackpool.
• The competition is open to all participants aged 18 and above.
• To enter the competition, participants must:
• Answer the competition question correctly in the comments section of the post, either on Facebook or Instagram.
• Please note only one entry per participant is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
• The competition question will be posted on Winter Gardens Blackpool Facebook and Instagram pages on Thursday 20th July. Participants must submit their answers before Tuesday 25th July at 12.30pm to be eligible for the prize.
• The prize includes:

1. 1. One family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) to any performance of Hey Duggee: The Live Theatre Show, subject to availability, on valid dates from Saturday 29 to Sunday 30 July.
   2. Two Hey Duggee toys.

• The winner will be chosen at random from the pool of participants who answered the question correctly. The selection will take place on Tuesday 29 July. The decision of the promoter will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection.
• The winner will be contacted via Direct Message on Facebook or Instagram within 48 hours of the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the initial contact, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The winner will be contacted via the official Winter Gardens account and will not be required to click any links or make a payment.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• By entering the competition, participants grant Winter Gardens Blackpool the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition, without any additional compensation.
• Winter Gardens Blackpool reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any other factors beyond their control.
• The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Winter Gardens Blackpool and not to Facebook.
• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
