Your event will have its own dedicated Events Manager who will offer support and guidance throughout every stage of the planning process. We have a very strong network with our partners, including Visit Blackpool, which we can utilise to ensure your event runs as smoothly and successfully as possible.
Together, we are able to offer a range of events planning services, including organising accommodation, developing support materials, and organising event security.
Site visits and venue tours
We understand that before committing to using the Winter Gardens as your venue partner, you may want to visit the venue in person. This will allow you to get a feel for the atmosphere, as well as how the space may be utilised. If you require a tour of the venue, we are happy to help, and will be able to address any other questions you may have in the process.
Impartial accommodation booking
Our partner, Visit Blackpool, is able to offer a impartial hotel recommendation and booking services. Blackpool has accommodation suitable for all tastes and budgets – perfect for diverse audiences. Visit Blackpool can plan accommodation for all conference delegates, including negotiating rates, tending to individual visitor requests, and room booking.
Preparation of bid documents
We are experienced at planning and developing bid documentation that meets all guidelines and requirements. We can work with you to develop all of the necessary bid documents, including the provision of all vital information, such as timelines, specifications, and pricing guidelines.
Provision of support materials
Certain events will require some added documents and materials to help guarantee they are a success. These can range from simple guides and pamphlets, to itineraries, branding material, and any other asset that adds to the overall experience of your event. We have many creative partners who we recommend and can work with to produce such materials.

The Winter Gardens is capable of supplying food, drink and refreshments for your conference. We have an award winning onsite restaurant, The Empress Grill, as well as several bars and cafes contained throughout the complex.
Blackpool is also home to a wide selection of quality restaurants. We are happy to make recommendations and bookings, should delegates want to dine out.
Event logistics: transport, security, and staffing
Every event needs a logistics plan in place to run smoothly. The Winter Gardens complex has great transport links and can easily be reached by rail or road. We can assist in organising and planning transport.
We can also assist with sourcing and organising security personnel, as well as any other staff that your event may need. We have a very strong local network and can source personnel and support staff for all situations.
