Staff Entrance Assistant

We have a full-time vacancy to cover Staff Entrance. Shifts will vary in hours and will be based on a 24 hour a week contract which will include evenings and weekends.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Check and sign for all deliveries.
• To ensure all contractor and visitors sign in.
• Answer all incoming calls and direct appropriately.
• Direct all queries as they arise.
• Operate the fire panels and act as control point in case of a fire or emergency.
• Ensure Staff Entrance area is secure when the building is closed.
