Role Description:

Implement a high standard of customer service whilst working in a busy Box Office, undertaking ticket sales for all events and shows by providing effective ticketing information and advice whilst proactively upselling associated packages, and being fully confident with booking procedures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing and selling tickets using the Eventim ticketing system (full training will be given).
  • Have knowledge of all events and shows within The Winter Gardens Blackpool.
  • Understand and comply with all cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure all complaints and queries are dealt with in a professional manner.
