Christmas Parties at The Winter Gardens
Whichever way you want to celebrate Christmas in 2012, when it comes toYuletide hospitality nobody does it better than Heathcotes @ the Winter Gardens.
We boast a festive menu cooked and served in Heathcotes inimitable style, fun and entertainment brought to you by our in-house DJ. Whatever your party size we have various packages available from traditional party nights to private events catering for up to 800 in the superb surroundings of the Empress Ballroom or for something slightly more themed the Spanish Hall Suite for up to 450, ideal for that “Masquerade Ball”. Or the amazing Baronial Hall, the perfect place to hold a medieval themed Christmas party! Designed in the guise of a medieval castle, this suite offers a step back in time to the eve of the first millennium. With heavy oak panelling, heraldic furnishings and authentic medieval detailing, the Baronial Hall offers a unique dining experience for the festive period. Our Empress Grill room is also a fantastic restaurant ideal for that Christmas Party Lunch or for more smaller intimate and relaxed private Christmas Events. The Grill caters for up to 100 people and provides an “air of sophistication” above all its competitors.

In March 2010 Blackpool Council purchased the Winter Gardens. Funding for the purchases and investment was secured from European Regional Development Fund, Homes and Communities Agency, Northwest Regional Development Agency and Blackpool Council. Following the acquisition the Winter Gardens is undergoing a major programme of refurbishment projects that has already seen extensive work to the entrances, Dome and Floral Hall, and the opening of the two new dining options under the operation of Heathcotes Outside. The Winter Gardens is operated on behalf of Blackpool Council by Crown Entertainment Centres Ltd.
